تیغه کرکره برقی (تیغه کویرال)
از تیغه کرکره برقی بیشتر بدانیم:
تیغه های کرکره اتوماتیک در کنار کیفیت های مختلفی که دارند در طرح ها و اشکال متنوعی ، نظیر اکسترود، فوم دار، صنعتی، شفاف، رول گیتر، قوس دار، تخت و… در ابعاد مختلف در رنگ های متنوع در بازار وجود دارد که باعث می شود هارمونی بین درب و نمای ساختمان را فراهم آورد برای همین بسیار مورد توجه طراحان در نمای ساختمان می باشد. جنس این تیغه ها معمولا از جنس آلومینیوم، گالوانیزه، فولاد و پلی کربنات می باشد. برای انتخاب این تیغه ها نه تنها به جنس و نوع تیغه باید دقت شود بلکه باید بین ابعاد درب و وزن کلی تیغه ها با نیرو و توان موتور انتخابی بسیار دقیق داشت در صورتی که انتخاب مناسبی بین تیغه ها و موتور ایجاد شود می تواند حرکت روان و بی صدایی صورت گیرد و یکی از ارزانترین و کاربردی ترین انواع درب اتوماتیک است. این کرکره ها را برای پارکینگ منازل، کارخانجات، فروشگاه ها، سوله ها، و بسیاری از مکانهای دیگر مورد استفاده است.
در کرکره های برقی از سه نوع تیغه استفاده میشود:
- تیغه کرکره برقی دو جداره
- تیغه های کرکره اتوماتیک رول فرمینگ (گالوانیزه، آلومینیوم فوم دار)
- تیغه کرکره پلی کربنات(شفاف)
۱: تیغه کرکره برقی آلومینیومی دو جداره:
تیغه های دو جداره که به جهت استقامت بالا و همچنین تمیز بودن و عدم روغن کاری کاربرد بیشتری نسبت به دو نوع دیگر دارد.
* سایزهای موجود در انتخاب تیغه کرکره متفاوت است، که بیشتر در ۳ سایز ۶۰ ، ۸۰ و ۱۰۰ تولید میشود.
در تولید تیغه ازسه نوع شمش یا بیلت استفاده میشود که نوع اول آن استاندارد یا به اصطلاح فابریک می باشد؛ نوع دوم سرشاخه یا DC می باشد که بعضی از شرکت ها از آن استفاده میکنند و بصورت ذوب کردن ضایعات مازاد تیغه آلومینیوم و ساخت مجدد آن تولید میشود که از جهت ماندگاری رنگ، صدا و استقامت در حد پایین تری نسبت به نوع فابریک دارد. نوع سوم تیغه که به هیچ عنوان توصیه نمیشود تیغه ضایعات است که برخی از تولیدکنندگان با ذوب انواع آلومینیوم و لوازم آشپزخانه آلومینیومی اقدام به تولید تیغه کرکره می نمایند؛ این نوع تیغه علاوه بر صدای زیاد و عدم ماندگاری رنگ هرگز از استقامت خوبی برخوردار نبوده و در مورد استفاده در پارکینگ یا فروشگاه خطرآفرین می باشد.
♦از سایز ۶۰ بیشتر در کرکره پارکینگ هایی با ابعاد کوچک و پنجره ها استفاده می شود.
♦از سایز ۸۰ در پارکینگ ها و کرکره فروشگاه ها با ابعاد متوسط تا ۱۵ متر مربع استفاده می شود.
♦از سایز ۱۰۰ در فروشگاه های عریض و کرکره کارخانجات صنعتی استفاده می شود.
سایزهای مختلف تیغه ها از نظر قیمت آنچنان تفاوتی ندارند و در صورت امکان ، انتخاب آن را به عهده ی فروشنده بگذارید تا بهترین مورد را با توجه به درک نیاز مشتری، درک بودجه مشتری و درک زمان مشتری، به شما مشتری عزیز پیشنهاد کند.
